We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions, no questions asked. For technical issues or service unavailability, we extend this period and handle each situation with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with Undelulu.
Introduction
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request refunds for Undelulu subscriptions and purchases. Our goal is to make this process as simple and fair as possible.

Refund Eligibility
New Subscriptions
If you're not satisfied with your Undelulu subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This is our "no questions asked" periodβwe want you to have time to explore Undelulu and make sure it's right for you.
Renewal Charges
For subscription renewals, we offer refunds if requested within 7 days of the renewal date. This applies if you forgot to cancel your subscription or if it renewed unexpectedly.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use Undelulu, we may extend the refund period and handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with details about the issues you're experiencing.
Service Unavailability
If Undelulu experiences extended downtime or service unavailability (more than 24 hours), you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the duration of the unavailability, regardless of when you purchased your subscription.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Requests made after the eligible refund period without extenuating circumstances
- Usage that violates our Terms of Service
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days (except in cases of extended technical issues)
- Subscriptions purchased through third parties (e.g., App Store, Google Play), which are subject to the refund policies of those platforms
However, we evaluate each situation individually, so please contact us even if you think your case might not qualify.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support [at] undelulu [dot] com with your account email and the reason for your refund request.
- Use the App: Go to Settings > Billing > Request Refund in the Undelulu app.
- Contact Us Form: Complete the refund request form on our Contact page.
For subscriptions purchased through app stores:
- Apple App Store: Contact Apple Support or go to your Apple purchase history.
- Google Play Store: Contact Google Support or use the Google Play refund process.
Refund Timing and Method
Once we approve your refund request:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- For credit or debit cards, it may take one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We'll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but doesn't automatically refund previous payments. If you cancel your subscription:
- You'll maintain access to Undelulu until the end of your current billing period.
- You won't be charged for the next billing cycle.
- If you also want a refund for your most recent payment, you'll need to request it separately using the process described above.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription in the Undelulu app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the Service or via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
